Our company uses calibrated equipments to check the material the technical specifications of the material received from our principals. Hardened and Tempered (H&T) Carbon Steel is a very unique product and has to be measured very precisely before supplying to any industry. Most of the companies in India lack this measurement chain of operations which our company has mastered over the years and have added an additional layer of systems which are live monitored by the operations team for further improvements. Carbon Steel when hardened between 42-50 HRC develops a property of Spring Action which enhance its use wherever Spring action is required and addition to that it has high ductility and strength due to which it is further used for Cutting Tools.
Carbon Steel in Cold Rolled form or further annealed form is used in many industries to draw the required component or mould the steel in required shape and then H&T process is done to maintain that shape for the final use.
